Sage EMS B2B Support provides support for all B2B for Meter Data messages, delivering them to and receiving them from an internal B2B Gateway. Native aseXML support is provided, and optional support for internal XML schemata can be provided if required.
Sage EMS supports the following B2B processes:
- Meter Data Notification: Meter data is automatically extracted and imported. Business ACK/NACK automatically created based on validation of meter data.
- Meter Data Provide: Automatic and manual meter data provide requests supported. System will automatically request data based on ‘missing’ or ‘late’ style exceptions.
- Meter Data Verify: Manual verifications created by user and associated with data exceptions. Automatically fills in key fields such as meter information and configuration form reads selected by user. Automatic verifications for abnormal situations – e.g. some forward estimates not replaced with actual data resulting an initial provide request, followed by a verify request with an investigation code of actual readings required.
- Reporting of statistics by MDP over time to indicate compliance with guidelines and performance.
- Tracking of ACK/NACKS for all sent messages – ability to see original request, received ACK and received notifications for a request.
- Ability for users to easily see current status of messages through exception sub system
