The Sage EMS Customer Web Portal is a stand-alone portal web site designed to be easily branded, and to be either integrated within a retailer’s internet web site, or linked to from the retailer’s web site.
The Customer Web Portal as currently implemented is more directed towards meeting the needs of I&C customers, with detailed analysis, charting and reporting relating to customer meter data and billing included.

The Customer Web Portal supports varying levels of access – for example free access provides limited tools, and paid access provides additional tools and reports.
Customers, once signed up, can manage access for multiple users, and users can have varying access levels. For example, an energy purchasing officer can have full access to all sites; and can provided delegated access to a subset of sites (for example warehouses to the logistics manager, retail stores to the retail manager, and head office to the office manager).
Users can customise their own lists of sites, and can report on them in aggregate – for example suburban stores vs. rural stores.
Graphing and data exports fully support generation (such as embedded or PV generation) and consumption, demand and power factor calculations, and provide the tools required to allow customers to manage their consumption and energy costs.
